3rd night in Boston

This morning there was no 7am work out. I consciously skipped it and am totally ok with that. We spent another long day up down and all over place. Did good on food today with stir fry broccoli & tofu and then rice, beans and guacamole. This whole weekend I've had an Atkins shake and bar for breakfast and they are just perfect. Depending on how late it is when we get home tomorrow I will weigh in. If not I will weigh in Monday morning first thing.

Since we don't have to be at the convention center until a bit later tomorrow I'm shooting for another half hour at the Y.
