stats & numbers

     Today I unlocked a new achievement (nerd!) I worked out for 53 minutes up from my normal 30.  In week 2 day 2 of Hip Hop Abs you do both the Cardio and the Ab Sculpt.  It was rough for a while there but I pushed though.

     I'd like to give a huge shout out to my husband, N, who has been such a champ in this new lifestyle I have adapted.  He's a huge cheerleader and so incredible at cutting through my b.s.  It's been awesome that we each get a little designated time to ourselves in the evening sometimes, I get to work out and he catches up on reading and comics, it really is a win-win.  

     As promised I did more math today and came up with some awesome info.  Bare with me - the numbers are coming.

Starting weight: 204.3  Current weight: 194.6  Loss to date: 9.7

Goal by June 15, 2012: 189   Overall Goal: 130
Percent to June Goal: 63%  Percent to Overall Goal: 13%

If I loose 1 lb a week, on average, from this point on then I will reach my goal of 130 lbs by June 7, 2013.  That's on point, right?

This is a schedule I can use to stay on track.

May 13, 2012 - 190 lbs
July 22, 2012 - 180 lbs
September 30, 2012 - 170 lbs
December 9, 2012 - 160 lbs
February 17, 2013 - 150 lbs
April 28, 2013 - 140 lbs
July 7, 2013 - 130 lbs

So as long as I am at these weights (or less) by these dates then I am on track!  

Whoa.  This is awesome for me.  I love the goals and measurements.  Let's me know where I am going and if I fall off it let's me see where I need to get back to.
