weigh in - day 28

-1.6lbs from last week!
12.9lbs lost over all!


     Wow.  I guess the proof really is in the numbers and it doesn't matter how I feel about the workouts that I did or that I broke down one day.  I worked out 5 days this week (as I said I would) made good choices when eating and there you have it. Down 1.6lbs.  Woo!

     In addition to my pedicure today for meeting my 1 month working out milestone, N informed me he's taking me to get new sneakers!  AHHH!  We're going to swing by REI and pick them out today after brunch with one of our besties.  Holy sh*t!
