Weigh In - Day 243

164.4 lbs
-1.2 lbs from last week
-39.9 lbs total loss
Still pushing on that 40 lb mark.  Really need to step up my game.  Looked at my calendar today and saw that next week is the week I had planned to hit 160 lbs.  I think this may be the first time that I don't hit my mark. I'm going to have to play a big game this week if I want to get any where near that mark.  

This week I am going to mix it up with Insanity and jogging, working out at least 5 days total.  I am going to stick to my check list.  For two days I will have juices as my snacks.  

Cool.  Sounds like a plan.
