monday 9.16.13

Super sleepy morning thanks to being up so late and blogging [and drinking pumpkin beer.] 
All arms stuff today at the gym.  My arms are feeling a bit wobbly but in a good way.  I'll probably be good and sore tomorrow.

Food today:
Regular breakfast shake
Coffee
Mountains of frozen fruit [peaches and cranberries]
Quesadilla with tomato and onion
Roasted Almonds
Granny smith apple
Broccoli & edamame stir fry with peanut sauce
Warm spicy tequila cocktail 

I had some water at the gym but that was it, gotta up that water intake.
